For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for helping people, and I feel privileged to provide assistance to people through counseling. As a counselor, I come from a place of non-judgement, empathy, hope, and understanding. My goal is to help each individual or couple get from where they are to where they would like to be. My areas of focus include trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+, and abuse. I am trained in EMDR. I currently work with individual adults and couples.
