We help individuals and teens who are struggling. We offer them help when they are working through personal struggles, family concerns, the difficult teen years, emotional/behavioral issues, or other difficult life circumstances. This includes circumstances including depression, anxiety, self harming behavior, suicidal ideation, family communication issues, trauma, etc. We know this process can be scary and I commend you for starting it!
