Working with individuals during life struggles is my passion! Over the years, I have been focused on helping people manage their lives better by helping them learn to accept themselves and build confidence. My approach is more client-centered as I like for clients to tell me what they need and what they think the next steps should be to accomplish their goals. I believe that therapy is a part of life, and there is nothing wrong with needing help. I work with children 5 and up and adults. The rewarding part of my day is knowing that I have benefited someone’s life in a way. The first step starts with you!
