Hi! My name is Bethany, and I am so glad you have come to my page. Sometimes we get stuck in old patterns that can develop symptoms of anxiety, depression, and patterns that can cause distress. These adaptations often create dysfunction such chronic breakups, divorce, patterns or cycles of conflict we get stuck in. Maybe you grew up with chaos in your home or you are healing from past trauma that still linger in your body. On the outside you look like you are fine, but on the inside it is a different story.
