I believe that clients are the experts of their own experiences, and am passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness and self-determination. I use an integrative approach that pulls from relational therapy, art and expressive therapies, CBT, and DBT skills. My goal for sessions is to balance thoughtful exploration of the self and values alongside building skills to manage your presenting concerns. I prioritize creating a genuine, safe, and trusting space for clients to explore their experiences and concerns.
