Hi there, I'm Aubree! My name is Aubree Dospoy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am based in North County, San Diego, and I work via telehealth with clients statewide in California. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work with adults and adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to work toward goals and support growth.
