Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with extensive experience helping individuals and couples work though life's challenges and transitions. Seeking support from a therapist for mental health symptoms, life stressors or relationship issues takes courage and motivation. I recognize that you are taking the first-step towards healing, growth and relationship improvement, in seeking help. My approach is compassionate, warm, and holistic. We will work collaboratively to clarify challenges, apply strategies and make meaningful changes in your life and your most important relationships. My specializations include: prenatal and postpartum counseling, couples therapy, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss support. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and incorporate evidence-based mindfulness practices into sessions, when it is helpful to the treatment process.
