It can be difficult to take steps towards inner reflection. With patience and persistence, you will cultivate greater confidence, self-esteem and emotional balance. I work with the resilience within you and believe you have the skills and inner reserves to assist you in overcoming obstacles in your life. My perspective on therapy is built on a foundation of collaboration, interaction, trust and observation. The passion in my life is being invited and accompanying my clients in this journey. My style is an eclectic approach which can include treatment using mindfulness, action based, narrative, and interpersonal therapy among others. I facilitate a personal journey to embrace healing changes with individuals and families using a family systems perspective while uniquely blending mental health theories and techniques that have proven helpful in the change process.
