Looking for a therapist can feel vulnerable, and I’m really glad you’re here. I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and how their past experiences continue to shape their present lives. Many of my clients identify as people pleasers, feel disconnected from their own needs, or seek validation from others. I especially enjoy working with women and queer individuals who want to better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships. I take a whole-person, bottom-up approach to help clients build self-awareness, self-trust, and a more authentic connection to themselves.
