Hello, I am trauma informed-EMDR certified therapist. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, and other challenging life experiences that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves. I believe healing happens when we don’t have to carry our struggles alone. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences at your own pace. I incorporate EMDR along with other approaches to help you find relief from painful memories, reduce distress, and reconnect with a sense of balance and hope. I will be here with you all the way.
