Sometimes the pressure to succeed in school, sports, or life feels so heavy that it’s hard to breathe. It can seem like no one truly understands how overwhelming it is to keep up with expectations – whether they come from others or from yourself. Stress and anxiety many keep you awake at night, replaying the day over and over in your mind. Even when you push forward, it may feel like the weight of it all is catching up to you. I want you to know that you do not have to face these struggles along. I enjoy working with athletes as well as clients navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
