Counseling is a collaboration, and I enjoy working with my clients to help them identify their goals and make positive changes. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a framework to assist in increasing psychological flexibility, making it easier to roll with life's punches. I am experienced in working with substance abuse and other addictions, anxiety, depression, and the various co-occurring disorders that come with those challenges. By incorporating other therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Behavior therapy, I make sure the counseling interventions will fit each client.
