My goal is to get to know the whole you while building a therapeutic relationship with mutual respect and collaboration. I acknowledge that life can be tough and believe that the beauty in humanity is that we are not perfect. So let's tailor your therapy for the unique individual that you are! I find it intrinsically healing and revealing to use techniques that are interesting to you such as making art, journaling, mindfulness meditation etc. My focus is for my clients to experience an improved life, whatever that may look like for you. With therapy you will be able to take control of your mental health, in the process, you will discover your own solutions. My role is to assist you in reaching the goals throughout the journey.
