I'm Auden O’Connell (she/they) and I’m a therapist, EMDR trained, board-certified, and registered art therapist. I have lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent woman in recovery. My practice is focused on working with adults who identify as autistic and/or ADHD, adults without kids, those who identify as childfree/childless, the LGBTQIA+ community, and creative folks. I am enthusiastic about creatively collaborating with my clients. My practice is guided through an intersectional feminist and body-neutral lens. I believe that the client is the expert and I am a guide to assist in the client's journey.
