There are things you can do to create happiness, endure situations, enjoy your family and to manage your thoughts. I offer individual and family therapy. I enjoy helping individuals who struggle with ADHD, autism, behavior issues, emotional dysregulation, social skills, depression, school/learning, stress management, and executive functioning issues (planning, task initiation, time management, problem-solving).
