Relationships are at the heart of my work....relationship with self and with other. I work with adults and couples inviting you to step into your own curiosity and wisdom. I integrate a variety of approaches to meet your individual needs from a place of mindfulness and presence, holism (mind-body-spirit connection), and organicity (the impulse to heal lies within) with a strong trauma-informed background. Our process is collaborative - you know you better than anyone else knows you! We cultivate together trust in that knowing to help with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, attachment and relational wounds.
