Hello, and welcome! My intention is to help create the space and time for you to process emotions, discover new aspects of yourself, and to feel more clarity and cohesion. Life may feel overwhelming at times. If you have experienced trauma or chronic relational wounding, are experiencing anxiety, grief, existential questions, or seeking relational tools for communication and understanding, you have come to the right place. Given the opportunity, we have the capacity for awareness, healing and growth, and to feel more joy and spaciousness for life's twists and turns, as well as more connected to ourselves and in our relationships.
