I am passionate about working with children, teens, & adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, depression, anger, ADHD, sensory processing, school challenges, parenting struggles, or a loud inner critic. I have been working with children, teens, adults, & families in various settings for 25+ years. Most of the clients I see are between the ages of 3 to 16. The majority of the statements or concerns I hear are my child is struggling with worry, overwhelm, depression, low self worth, impulsive behaviors, or anger. In private practice, my approach to treatment is integrative; I am an advocate for play, art, music, & expressive-based therapy for young children & use a strengths-based approach and evidence-based practice modalities for youth & adults. I am trained in Theraplay, sand tray therapy, play therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, & DBT.
