Welcome! If you entrust me to walk with you on your path, I will do so with openness, compassion, honesty & non-judgement and will strive to help you find lightness & buoyancy even when things feel heavy and hard. I am a trauma-informed therapist who aims to show up to my work with wholehearted authenticity. My ideal clients are courageous and curious to know themselves more deeply, motivated to take steps towards identifying what is helping/hindering them in living the life they want, and are open-minded to learning and practicing new ways (dusting off old ones too!) of tending to their relationships with self and others.
