I believe in the innate wisdom of my therapy participants, and invite them to be co-creators of the therapy space. Using a relational and holistic approach, I meet you where you’re at, honoring all of who you are, and incorporating the whole self into the healing process. I create a space where we can work through hard things and also where we can experience laughter and joy. I work most often with trauma, abuse and other forms of interpersonal harm, depression, anxiety, and relationships concerns (romantic, friendships, family, etc).
