If an old behavior is not serving you, if you are unsure, unclear or troubled about any part of your life, if you need to express your emotions or refrain from expressing them, if you are going through a difficult passage, if some part of you is conflicted or constricted, I may be the most effective counselor for you. I take into consideration the body, emotions, mind and spirit, in order to identify barriers to living freely, peacefully and productively. Stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, mood changes, self-esteem, sexuality, divorce, health changes, relationships, and life transition are all "treatable".
