I work with individuals 14 and older, and while I enjoy supporting teens and young adults through major life transitions, my practice extends to adults of all ages facing a wide range of challenges. I understand how isolating life can feel at times, and I aim to offer guidance that fosters both self-compassion and practical growth. I come from the belief that we are always doing our best in most situations especially in times of hardship or chaos. I want to help support you in creating the best version of yourself and then celebrate those successes. I value authenticity, empathy, compassion, and humor.
