As a psychotherapist, I aim to help patients understand the trouble in their lives and make lasting changes. I believe it takes time to understand the complexities of patients' stories. My approach is both collaborative and challenging. Sometimes this involves helping people look at parts of themselves that are painful, or hard to see clearly. Some patients find short-term therapy is enough for solving immediate problems, while many benefit from long-term intensive therapy to uncover the roots of their suffering, gain clarity, and regain momentum in their lives.
