I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, addiction, processing trauma, and letting go of limiting beliefs. My approach is centered around Mindfulness, self-compassion, and developing an empowerment mindset. Helping clients to accept where they are at, and take steps to move in the direction of the life they want. I’d love to help support you to live your most vibrant and fulfilling life. I’m passionate about helping clients to clear limiting beliefs and heal their trauma, so they are not blocked from having a secure relationship with themselves, healthy relationships with others, and a feeling of peace and ease in their life. I specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, incorporating Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Self-Compassion. I also offer couples counseling and operate out of an attachment theory lens. I would love to support you to have a loving relationship with yourself and others.
