I'm a person who works where you are. Whether you are new to therapy, a seasoned client, if you know what you want or are just browsing, I'm upfront and ask questions that are important to you. I have professional experience in all levels of eating disorder treatment and take approaches to treat the underlying anxiety, trauma or other issues that keep that coping skill active that fits the person, their goals and what I feel will be the most effective. I'm into philosophy, keep a dream dictionary in my office, study languages on the side and hold a special place in my heart for kids and teens battling self-hate.
