Hello! As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and reconnect with what matters most. My approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices, using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples rebuild trust and intimacy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals process past experiences and find freedom from trauma.
