I am an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping people heal from trauma. Trauma can be caused by one experience such as a car accident, divorce or assault. It can also be the result of a series of events that took place over time. Trauma can lead to feeling alone, having difficulty trusting, feeling trapped, guilty, angry or like we don't fit in. There is hope regardless of what you are experiencing.
