I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a background in working with survivors of trauma. I believe we all have the capacity to make healthy lasting change, sometimes we just need someone to help guide us! I take a client-centered approach and work collaboratively to help my clients meet their goals. I primarily see adults, teens and couples. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
