I understand how the negative effects of poor mental health can touch every part of day-to-day life. I’m Audrey Gallas, an LMSW/LICSW currently living in Michigan, traveling to Alabama frequently and am licensed to work in both states. I work with adults who are looking for meaningful and lasting change. My work focuses on trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, and the many life transitions that can leave people feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I entered the mental health field through my own lived experience and a deep awareness of how trauma, loss, and chronic stress shape the ways we cope, relate, and survive.
