I am returning from maternity leave as of 2/16. Currently allowing waitlist, please reach out if interested or have questions. Whatever you've been through, whatever is holding you back or holding you down; I am here to be with you. My primary focus is trauma and the anxiety, depression, unhealthy coping, behavioral difficulties and unfulfilling relationships that can result. Sometimes it's big all encompassing injury or sometimes it's an undefinable pattern. It's always my goal to meet you where you are as you are, and together explore, build, create change, and meaning in your life.
