Offering counseling to individuals and couples. My approach is trauma informed, free of judgement, and evidence based with roots in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Duluth Model, and the Gottman Approach to couples counseling. Special interests include supporting those who are navigating grief, anxiety, post traumatic stress, anger management, and active recovery from substance use disorders. I also lead a weekly men's group centered around nonviolence in relationships, which assists clients with developing emotional awareness, skills for handling stress, and alternatives to DV.
