We all strive to be our best yet mental health issues can take a toll. I have many years experience providing an intuitive and safe therapeutic environment. Most importantly will be our ability to create a trusting relationship so we can fully understand together what is currently troubling you. Ultimately our goal will be for you to gain both insight and skills to alleviate your distress, whether you are struggling with anxiety, PTSD, depression and/or relationship difficulties, so that you may be able to live a more genuine and meaningful life. To make sense of what is troubling you we will look at past and present stressors and patterns of behavior. We'll also look at aspects of the self, often described as parts work. Doing so we can come to understand how your difficulties initially developed and new ways to move beyond them with the hope that you become more of who you really want to be.
