Many of the clients I work with find themselves struggling with patterns or experiences such as perfectionism and people-pleasing, all-or-nothing thinking, low self-worth or a persistent inner critic, chronic dieting, and body shame. I also work with individuals who are navigating their relationship with alcohol or other drugs—even if they’re unsure whether it’s a “problem”—as well as those seeking a space to process the impact of loving or supporting someone with an eating disorder and/or addiction.
