I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach where I help clients modify their thinking to have positive effects with their emotions and behaviors. I take into consideration the whole person including psychological, spiritual,physical, emotional,behavioral. I treat all clients with respect and help them find more appropriate and positive ways to handle life stressors and issues.
