People often wonder what they can expect out of therapy. In my practice, you can expect for me to match your dedication to making changes in your life and deepening your understanding of yourself. You can expect to receive psychoeducation as needed. You can expect curiosity and collaboration. You can expect a soft and tender reprieve from the world. You can expect direct communication and transparency about the therapy process. You can expect me to account for both individual and systemic factors impacting you. My practice is LGBTQIA+, poly, and kink-affirming. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. My areas of focus include LGBTQIA+, gender and sexuality, trauma, sexual violence, anxiety and depression, relationships, communication skills, and navigating life changes. I have three years of training in Somatic Experiencing Therapy and I am level 1 Gottman trained.
