As a therapist, my goal is to help people find healthy and successful ways to heal from the past and grow into the best version of themselves. I believe that we are all seeking to live purpose filled lives and want healthy relationships with those we love. Though this can be challenging, my passion is walking with people to a point of fulfillment and ultimately, to a point where my clients no longer need me. Through consistent work in therapy, using a variety of individualized techniques and therapeutic modalities, it is my hope that my clients truly feel supported and empowered.
