I use an integrative approach that includes person-centered theories to assist client's understanding of themselves. I particularly focus on the intersectionality of identities as well as exploring the narratives clients have. I provides clients a non-judgemental, safe environment to reflect and examine themselves. I am a Queer, BIPOC therapist who has a passion for working with those in any of my communities. My specialities include trauma, anxiety, life transitions, coming out, family conflict, and relational issues. I am typically available to see clients in the morning and early afternoon Monday through Fridays.
