Hello, I'm Audrie. Life throws us many curveballs that can impact how we act, think, feel, and behave. These challenges can greatly affect our relationships, especially if we don't have the tools to work through them. It can be overwhelming to deal with life stressors and process the emotions that accompany them. I am passionate about helping individuals learn how to manage and control their thinking patterns to better handle the curveballs life throws at us. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2018.
