I enjoy supporting children, adolescents, and adults in identity exploration and affirmation. I am passionate about working with folx struggling with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and trauma; navigating boundary work; and coping and living with overall difficulties that accompany the human experience. I strive to create a warm and culturally responsive space where you will feel heard, understood, and empowered. I also strive to help clients move from surviving to living.
