I’m a Clinical Psychotherapist Resident at Meridian Psychotherapy Associates, where we specialize in culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for individuals and couples. As a therapist, I bring a warm, grounded, and curious presence to our work together. I know that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and mutual respect. I work with adults of all ages, as well as couples, navigating a wide range of life experiences including anxiety, grief, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
