I am supportive in therapy and a good listener. I will collaborate with you, using teachable skills, and give you tangible assignments to help you succeed in achieving your goals of finding a long-term, meaningful solution. I am consistent and believe in building a trusting and reliable client-therapist relationship. I provide individual, teen, and couples therapy.
