I work with individuals, couples, and children navigating relationship challenges, grief, identity exploration, or life patterns that no longer fit. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, unsure how to move forward while staying true to themselves. I believe you already hold your truth, and therapy can help you access the strength to act on it. I work with individuals and couples to address relationship conflicts, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I believe in showing up for the ones who have shown up for us in the community, so our responders are healthy and balanced, with tools to protect their hearts and minds, and become the best people for their families and communities.
