If you are experiencing internal conflict, emotional distress, or struggling with self-regulation, I believe I would be a good fit for you. Self-criticism, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, and guilt are areas I specialize in. These are often related to unresolved trauma or fragmented parts of our personality. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems therapy, we will begin to understand the internal parts of your personality, create space for vulnerability, and access self-compassion where trauma healing and emotional regulation can be the result of our work together.
