I support individuals who are tired of holding everything together and are ready to stop over-functioning, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier relationships. My work is rooted in helping clients move beyond survival mode and into a place of clarity, alignment, and self-trust. I believe that healing is about more than just getting through the day; it is about genuine growth. In our work together, we slow things down and focus on learning practical tools to manage emotions, feel safer in relationships, and show up as yourself without overgiving or self-abandoning. I work with concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.
