I am a licensed professional counselor that takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My passion is supporting individuals in tapping into and living in accordance with their own inner compass. I am a firm believer that the answers you are seeking lie within, and I am dedicated to supporting you as you take your brave steps towards healing. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to walk with you as you discover and remember your wholeness. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and somatic therapy. I am grounded in the philosophy that our minds and bodies are inextricably connected, and that the most effective therapy takes an integrative approach to the system.
