Hi there! I'm Auria, and I'm a LMFT. I currently specialize in working with women who are struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression including the impacts of negative self-talk, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling "stuck". I also work victims of narcissistic abuse, clients who identify as LGBTQ+, people of color, and first/second generation Americans. In my sessions, I focus on mental well-being, emotional awareness, and "expectations" from others (culturally/societally/via caregivers) that may contribute to symptoms and further pressure. My sessions incorporate healing past traumas alongside accomplishing present goals.
