Many of the adults I work with are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or a history of emotional neglect and abuse. These experiences can leave people feeling powerless, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and the world around them. You might be looking for more calm, peace, clarity, and a sense of control or even something that feels real and meaningful. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I offer other trauma informed approaches combined with ACT and CBT. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan that honors your goals and strengths. I have a strong interest in helping you discover what brings you joy while supporting you to live in alignment with your values.
