Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed by circumstances that feel impossible? I help people get unstuck from what’s holding them back. My goal is for you to have more freedom and live an authentic, fulfilling life. We’ll work together to create a respectful and affirming environment for healing. As a queer therapist, I aim to provide inclusive care for folks from diverse backgrounds. I have supported people facing various challenges and am especially interested in working with survivors of trauma, grief, narcissistic abuse, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those struggling with anxiety. I lead with respect and transparency, affirming each person’s identities, and striving to understand them on their own terms. My approach is trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based therapies, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I help clients develop new skills and shift unhelpful patterns to improve their overall quality of life.
