I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in an unhelpful pattern and are ready to make a change. By slowing down and getting curious about your stories, beliefs, sensations and emotions you will begin to have more agency in your life. Our focus will be on (re)connecting with the body, meeting old "parts" with compassion and shifting away from a reactive state of mind. Working together, you can expand your capacity of the human experience and start to build the life and relationships you want. I consider this work to be one of the most courageous acts of love towards self and relationship. It can be hard but you can do it! My therapeutic approach is rooted in Attachment Theory, Authentic Relationships, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
