Hi y'all! Therapy can be an essential process in bringing clarity to our lives that can otherwise seem hectic, chaotic and confusing. I believe that through a compassionate shared space, we can more honestly explore and reflect upon our lives with a lot more curiosity, connection, and ease. I support clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, especially those struggling to manage the physical, mental, and behavioral symptoms that arise in their everyday lives. I help clients become unstuck from unskillful patterns, trade effort for ease, and help them recognize the innate, already present value within themselves.
